What is home health care?

Home health care consists of a wide range of health care services that can be given in your home for an illness or injury. Home health care consists of Skilled Nursing, Certified Home Health Aides, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Medical Social Services. These services are administered in the patient’s home by professional home health care staff.

Guidance Home Health, in collaboration with the client’s physician, will develop a specific Plan of Care specifically made to meet the individual needs of the client.
